Default Sorrow's Furnace R/N build/guide

I decided to write this guide , because of many requests ingame and outside asking me my skillsets, attribute point sets, and simillar things.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Lets start with normal PvE:

I would say tat except of UW , the next place you would want to visit is the Sorrow’s Furnace.

No need to get crazy about it, as i’ve already got around 10 greens which no one wants to buy, even the rare ’Handsmasher’ mesmer staff.
Normally I get around 2-2.5k per hour by farming SF, not including the greens. No point to ask someone to include you in theirs party, go either with the guildmates or just with henchys-less waiiting time and more drops.
You can farm with 6 people party or with 5 people party, the first one goes a lot faster but you get a bit less drops. The second one is slow- if you dont want to die, but if you farm for that Yakslapper or any Grenth’s Footprint item, it might just be perfect for you!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The 5 ppl party includes: You, Devona,Protection Henchman, Healer Henchman,Fighter Henchy.
The 6 ppl party includes: You, Devona, Protection Henchman,Healer Henchman,Fighter Henchy and Cynn.
Basically you just take the gnashers out first, then the Giant Stomp guys , rangers, and carvers. In SF you have to lure groups ,especially in the first hall.Try to concentrate on one target.
From now on it just goes the same way, follow things which i said before and you ll be fine.!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now the Build:

Expertise 16
Blood Magic 12

(this build was already discussed in the New Take on the Expertise ) thread,

Get yourself a Sup.Expertise Rune, and the Expertise Mask.
The armor I use is Ranger 15k Drakescale armor dyed black (hehe this is just showing off )

The items i use are: Offhand -The Shadestone(they are Cheap nowadays!)

And the Fire Wand from collector outside of Nolani Academy.

This gives you 42 Energy with 3 regen-pretty nice!

Now the Skillset

Vampiric Touch
Touch Of Agony
Signet Of Agony
Plague Touch(or Plague Sending-basically this is up to your choice)
Life Transfer(I find this Elite to be the most usefull, because you gonna need some solution to counter the mesmers inside SF, and it gives you+7 regen for 11 seconds which is very nice!)
Whirling Defence
Dodge(enormously important thisng in PvP)
Throw Dirt
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is it, you get almost constant protection from the Expertise skills, and Vampiric touch energy cost goes down to 5, while Touch of Agony goes down to 1.5.You can constantly spam them and i never get into Energy difficulties!

Signet of agony is nice to use in combination with Plague touch, use it for some AoE damage and then use PT to bleed your enemies.
When you get surrounded just use Whirling Defence, and to pull away some damage from your healing henchman, blind the Carvers or Rangers.

This is all for SF, I managed to complete SF many times by killing every single enemy and getting a lot of greensJ

I gonna post my UW guide soon using R/N, which is basically pretty much the same as R/Mo, posted before on this forums.
Also this build is Awesome in PvP(the guide is coming up soon), especially aganst Enemy monks!

Expertise works only for skills, preparations, traps, and not for spells and hexes, but vampiric touch, plague touch, touch of agony, are skills !!!

So ...
